Impact Interiors Terms & Conditions
1. Your Order by placing the order you are confirming that the details on your order form are correct and have been agreed upon with Impact Interiors and meet your exact requirements in size, colour, and design. Your order will not be placed until a deposit is received.
2. Cancellations or Amendments You understand that ALL Impact Interiors products are bespoke and made to order and our suppliers work to tight schedules. Therefore, if the order cannot be canceled with our supplier then you accept there will a 100% charge for each product we are unable to cancel. You also accept that your order cannot be amended after 12hrs from placing of order. you understand you will not have the right to return the products after delivery; unless the product has been confirmed by Impact interiors as being defective.
3. Delivery Dates You understand that delivery dates are given in good faith, these are approximate at the time of placing your order and that variations may occur. As will be appreciated, Impact interiors cannot be held liable for any delays that are beyond our control and we, therefore, cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
4. Delivery Access and Installation Delivery of large poles, blinds, and shutters can be difficult in some homes. Our fitters are trained to install your products successfully, but it is your responsibility to ensure easy access to the room we are fitting in. Please, therefore, ensure that there is sufficient room left in the front of the windows to enable the blinds/shutters to be assembled and fitted. Also that they will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings, doorways, and gates on the way to the rooms. Before delivery, please ensure the route is clear and free from obstructions such as pictures and ornaments. we will not be held responsible for damages caused as a result of not clearing cills and areas in front of windows and on route to rooms. You agreed that any aborted visits through no fault of Impact Interiors will result in a charge. Our fitters will take every care not to cause accidental marks or scuffs to the paintwork when transporting boxes, tools into your home. However, we will not be held liable for any accidental damages. You may have to touch up the paintwork on completion as we do not carry out any tiling, worktops, plastering, or decoration as part of our order. We will use our best judgment to avoid any hidden services within your walls and again rely on your knowledge of your home to best advise us before drilling. We will not be held responsible should we accidentally hit a service eg. water/electricity or gas or cables. We will also not be responsible for any accidental breakages to tiles, blown plaster, glass, etc… It is also your responsibility to move any obstructing services and BT points that may obstruct fitting. this will be advised on the survey.
5.Payment Once a fitting date has been agreed upon. MONDAY-FRIDAY 9 AM-3 PM (subject to the size of the job)n- Saturdays, Sunday and Bank Holidays fits can be agreed at an extra agreed cost.). You are responsible to all (both responsible partners)be present on completion to sign off and make final balance payments before or on the day of fitting. you will become the owner of the goods (and liable for loss and destruction of the goods) at the time of fitting or collection and only once Impact Interiors have received full payment of the goods.
